It was alright a few hours ago, now all i get is this message:
C:\Documents and Settings\Ginge\Desktop\TD v wDw 3.avi could not be imported. An interface has too many methods to fire events from
I can still play the video but i just get the sound and not the video.

Open .AVI in Windows Movie Maker?
TRY CONVERTING THE AVI TO OTHER FORMAT LIKE MPEG.
