GPS for In-Car/Walking?

Hello,

I am very new to the mapping GPS units. I have owned a Garmin Summit before but it never had the moving map.

Anyway, I am really interested in purchasing a moving map GPS unit for my vehicle. I am leaning towards the Garmin NUVI200. I do have a few questions that maybe you guys can help me with.

1. Does it tell you verbally when to make a turn? If so, does it do it by saying "Turn left in 300 ft." or does it say "Turn left on Market St. in 300 ft."?

2. Can I use this unit while walking as well? I travel to Washington D.C. and would really love a unit that could point out things such as monuments. If this one doesn't, please list one that would, if there is one available.

3. Does this interface with my car stereo speakers?

4. Does this interface with my Sirius Satellite Radio for traffic?

Thank you in advance for your time.

GPS for In-Car/Walking?
1. yes, verbal turn by turn guidance, i.e, left in 300 ft. ( text-to-speech feature, which says street name, is NOT a feature of this unit)

2. This unit is portable, with about 5 hours of battery life. the unit is preloaded with selected POI's (point of interest), howerver I beleive they mean food, lodgeing, etc. there is a garmin travel guide accessory available from the Garmin website that show area attractions though.

3. no.

4. no.
