Bt home hub network attached storage?

hi there


is there a way i can attach a external hard drive or even a spare p.c to my home hub and then use it as a network attached storage device


however i am currently using both the ethernet connections on the hub so i would have to use the spare usb connection,but i suppose i could allways swap the p.c next to the hub to a usb connection giving me a spare ethernet connection


if you can then can you recommned some software that has a easy to use interface,so it can used by anyone

Get a cheap 5 port switch and this should solve your problem, best go for a NAS type drive so it become an network drive rather than one that needs a PC to work.
Reply:You could buy a 4 port switch. Connect the switch to the hub via one of the Ethernet cables - now connect up to 4 computers to the switch via Ethernet.
