Is this a good deal for a lockable Xbox drive? (not 360)?

I was looking to upgrade my ..um friends xbox hard drive (wink , wink ; ) and i saw something from a store.. the details are:

Yeah, that's a good deal! I used a 120GB hard drive before and filled it up relatively quickly so good idea getting all of that space.
